Cancellation policy

Booking confirmation and paymentTo confirm your reservation, a 10% deposit is required within 14 days of booking. The remaining 90% is due at least 14 days prior to arrival. If you arrive within the next 14 days, the remaining balance is due immediately. Payment details will be provided with your booking confirmation. We can currently only accept payment by bank transfer. We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of insufficient or late payment.



CancellationIf you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival date, only your 10% deposit will be retained. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be retained. Cancellation on the day of arrival or early departure will not be refunded.
