House rules
Respectful treatment of the house and its interior is expected, and we ask all guests to treat the house and common areas as if they were your own.
Smoking and pets are not allowed at El Mirador casa 33.
El Mirador Casa 33 is part of a resort with 37 houses, and the facility naturally has rules for behavior and use of common areas that must be observed. The rules below can be read here:
1. Rules
Introduction
These house rules must be respected/observed by all members of the homeowners' association, its household members, guests, tenants and others who are present.
2. Common areas
Everyone is expected to behave considerately at all times and avoid clutter and disruption in the common areas. Noisy behavior that is a nuisance to others must be avoided, especially between midnight and 8 a.m. - Pets are not allowed in the common areas, pool areas, fitness area and in/near the Tapas bar. - Any form of vandalism or destruction of common property is strictly prohibited and will be sanctioned with compensation claims.
3. Shared pool/wellness area
The communal pool, including the children's pool, is open from (08:00) 10:00 - 22:00. - The areas are limited to morning swimming, every day from 8:00 to 10:00 (swimming only) - The wellness area is generally open from 8:00 to 22:00. However, the steam rooms and saunas are only turned on between 17:00 and 22:00. Any changes to these opening hours for the steam room and sauna are and will be updated on dedicated signs in the communal areas. - There is no lifeguard and children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. - All use of pools etc. is at your own risk and responsibility. - When using the pools, children's pool and hot and cold pools, sauna, steam room etc., showering before use is mandatory
4. Fitness area
The fitness area can be used between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Your own towel must always be brought and used during training. Used machines must be wiped down and cleaned after use, and used equipment must be put back in place after use. Everyone cleans up after themselves. 5. Tapas bar and terraces Terraces at the Tapas bar may only be used in connection with the purchase of food and drinks in the Tapas bar. - Pets, including dogs, are not allowed in the tapas bar or on the terraces. - Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas on the outdoor terraces.
5. Tapas bar and terraces
The terraces at the Tapas Bar can only be used in connection with the purchase of food and drinks at the Tapas Bar. - Pets, including dogs, are not allowed in the tapas bar or on the terraces. - Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas on the outdoor terraces.
6. Waste
Waste must be disposed of and sorted in the dedicated waste containers and must not be left outside the house unattended at any time.
7. Outdoor railings
It is prohibited to hang towels, etc. on the outdoor railings and glass sections, both in the common areas and at the individual houses.
8. Strollers, bicycles, etc.
Strollers, bicycles, footwear and the like may not be placed in the common areas.
9. Parking
Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Certain parking spaces are dedicated to specific houses, marked with house numbers. Parking is not permitted in areas that may conflict with traffic in the area.
10. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the outdoor area, including the wellness area and the pool area.
11. Security
Any behavior that poses a risk to other owners or guests is strictly prohibited. The gate to El Mirador and to all shared facilities must be closed at all times.
