House rules
Guests are expected to treat the house and its furnishings with respect. We ask all guests to treat the house and shared areas as if they were their own.
Smoking and pets are not permitted at El Mirador casa 33.
El Mirador Casa 33 is part of a resort with 37 houses, and the complex naturally has rules of conduct and use of shared areas that must be observed. The rules can be read here:
1. Rules
Introduction
These house rules must be respected and followed by all members of the owners’ association, their household members, guests, tenants and anyone else on the premises.
2. Communal areas
Everyone is expected to behave considerately at all times and avoid creating mess or disturbances in the communal areas. Avoid noisy behaviour that may disturb others, especially between midnight and 8 am. - Pets are not allowed in the communal areas, pool areas, fitness area or in/near the Tapas bar. - Any form of vandalism or damage to communal property is strictly prohibited and will result in a claim for compensation.
3. Shared pool/wellness area
The communal pool, including the children’s pool, is open from (08:00) 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. - The areas are reserved for morning swimming every day from 8:00 am to 10:00 am (swimming only) - The wellness area is generally open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Steam rooms and saunas can be switched on independently using a display. Any changes to the opening hours of the steam room and sauna will be updated on dedicated signs in the communal areas. - There is no lifeguard, and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. - Use of the pools and other facilities is at your own risk. - Showering before using the pools, children’s pool, hot and cold pools, sauna, steam room, etc. is compulsory
4. Fitness area
The fitness area is open from 8 am to 10 pm. You must always bring your own towel and use it during your workout. Please wipe down and clean machines after use, and return equipment to its place. Please clean up after yourself.
5. Tapas bar and terraces
The Tapas Bar terraces may only be used when purchasing food and drinks from the Tapas Bar. - Pets, including dogs, are not permitted in the Tapas Bar or on the terraces. - Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas on the outdoor terraces.
6. Waste
Waste must be disposed of and sorted in the designated waste containers and must never be left unattended outside the house.
7. Outdoor railings
Hanging towels or other items on the outdoor railings and glass panels is prohibited, both in the communal areas and at the individual houses.
8. Prams, bicycles, etc.
Strollers, bicycles, footwear and similar items must not be left in the communal areas.
9. Parking
Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Some spaces are reserved for specific houses and marked with the house number. Parking is not permitted in areas where it could obstruct traffic.
10. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the outdoor area, including the wellness and pool areas.
11. Safety
Any behaviour that poses a risk to other owners or guests is strictly prohibited. The gate to El Mirador and all shared facilities must remain closed at all times.
