About the property
The area around Torrox Costa has been voted Europe's best climate several times. Experience the fantastic climate of the Costa del Sol in this newly built luxury home from 2024, located in the luxury resort El Mirador on the outskirts of Torrox Costa. The resort offers plenty of comfort in the form of wellness, fitness and a year-round heated infinity pool. The house is located as the crow flies 800 meters from the sea and has fantastic sea views from 3 levels. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house is perfect for 6 people. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room makes it possible to sleep 8 people.
Level 0 consists of a combined roof terrace and car park of approximately 50 m2, which is equipped with 4 sunbeds and lounge furniture. The outdoor shower allows you to cool off while sunbathing and to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. The amazing sea views from this terrace are indescribable and must be experienced.
Level -1
consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, armchair, dining table and Samsung 50" smart TV with soundbar. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob and extra large fridge/freezer. The large sliding glass doors allow you to transform the kitchen, living room and terrace into one large open space. The terrace has a 180-degree sea view and the entire terrace is framed in glass, making the view unique. The terrace has a dining table including comfortable chairs with good cushions. The terrace is rounded off with a large gas barbecue, which allows you to enjoy the fantastic Spanish produce with a view of the Mediterranean. In addition, Level -1 consists of a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with sliding door wardrobes and private access to the patio, which provides a shaded area on warm days.
A Pergola was installed at the end of April. The pergola has rotatable slats, which makes it possible to adjust between an open and closed roof. In addition, the pergola has electric screens, dimmable lights and a patio heater. Level -2 consists of 2 bedrooms with Mediterranean views, sliding door wardrobes and private access to the terrace. The terrace has a small lounge set and private access to the communal area with infinity pool, fitness and wellness. In addition, the floor consists of 2 bathrooms with showers. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine.
All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating, so a pleasant indoor climate is guaranteed all year round.

The house is located approximately 60 km from Malaga Airport and is accessible by bus and taxi. However, our clear recommendation is to rent a car, as this is the most comfortable and allows you to experience the fantastic local area.

Fitness with treadmill and various machines for strength training. In addition, the large sliding door allows you to complete part of your workout on the outdoor terrace with sea views. The local area around El Mirador offers great opportunities for exciting activities, culture and culinary experiences.
Nerja is just 8 km from El Mirador and has previously been voted Spain's friendliest coastal town. With the Balcon de Europe, stalactite caves, Rio Chillar, Burriana Beach and cozy streets with a wide selection of restaurants, Nerja has something to offer for every taste. Booking conditions
Booking confirmation and payment
To confirm your booking a prepayment of 10 % within 14 days after booking is mandatory. The pending amount of 90 % need to be paid at least 14 days before arrival. If your arrival is within the next 14 days the whole amount has to be paid immediately. The booking confirmation will contain payment details. At the moment it is only possible to pay per banktransfer.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking in case of insufficient or late payment.
Cancellation
By cancellation earlier than 14 days before arrival only your deposit of 10 % will be retained. By cancellation later than 14 days before your arrival 50 % of the total price will be retained. By cancellation on the arrival date or by earlier departure a refund is not possible.
Check In and Check Out
Check-In is possible from 4 pm on the arrivalday and check-out must be finished at latest 11 AM on the departure day.
